By accessing or using Swayy Property Network ("Swayy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including tenants, landlords, realtors, and marketers.

User Responsibilities

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
One account per person is allowed

For Landlords

You must have legal rights to list properties
All property information must be accurate and up-to-date
You agree to verification of ownership documents

For Tenants

You agree to provide accurate identity and income verification
You will use the platform for legitimate property searches only

Escrow & Payments

All property transactions must go through Swayy's escrow system
Funds are released only upon successful verification of property handover
Swayy charges a service fee on completed transactions
Disputes are handled through our mediation process
Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Posting fraudulent or misleading property listings
Attempting to bypass the escrow payment system
Harassing or threatening other users
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
Scraping or automated data collection
Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimers & Limitations

Swayy is a platform connecting property seekers with property owners. We do not:

Own or manage any listed properties
Guarantee the accuracy of all listing information
Provide legal, financial, or property advice
Take responsibility for user-to-user disputes outside our platform

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Swayy for the specific transaction in question.
